Terms, cancellations & complaints

Dobi Mtaani is a discovery and booking-request platform. Each laundry is an independent business responsible for its own service, prices and care of items.

Requests and bookings

A request becomes a booking only when the laundry accepts it and you confirm. Unanswered requests expire after 24 hours.

Cancellations

You can cancel from your booking link until the laundry receives your items. After that, contact the laundry directly.

Payments

Payment is between you and the laundry. Dobi Mtaani does not currently collect payments.

Complaints

Use “Report a problem” on the laundry’s page or your booking page. We review complaints and may remove listings that break these terms.

Reviews

Only customers with a completed Dobi Mtaani booking can leave a review, once per booking.
