Location

We ask for your device location only after you choose “Find laundries near me”, and only once per search — never in the background. Coordinates are rounded to about 100 m in your browser before being sent to our search, are not stored on our servers, and are never sent to AI models or analytics. On your device we keep the area name you confirmed and when you set it, so we can offer it next time without silently reusing it.

Personalisation

Recently viewed (up to 20 laundries), saved laundries, “I know this laundry” choices and your bookings are kept on your device. If you sign in and turn on sync, saved, familiar and viewed items are also stored in your account; account views are deleted after 180 days. You can switch personalisation off and clear any of it on My laundries.

Bookings

We collect your name and phone to pass to the one laundry you chose. A pickup address is collected only for pickups, shown to that laundry only after it accepts, and deleted 30 days after the booking closes. We don’t broadcast booking details to multiple businesses. Other laundries cannot see your bookings.

Analytics

We count events (searches, listing views, contact taps, requests) by day and area name. We don’t log coordinates, addresses or phone numbers in analytics.
